Knight Mission Team

KMT was formed by active law enforcement officers/SWAT Operators and a local Minnesota Pastor in effort to take the command to love and serve our neighbors across the world. We personally travel into high conflict zones to deliver life saving resources and services to those displaced and affected most by war and genocide. Our present Mission is focused on serving the people of Myanmar/Burma.

While searching for a path to bring blessings and fund the resources needed to support our brothers and sisters abroad we decided to use our extensive training, expertise, and experience to support local entities with training/consulting services. Through this work we raise donations to fund our next Mission. We specialize our training in active shooter response, de-escalation, control tactics, structural security assessments, pastoral ministry, outreach startups, and leadership training.

Your donation will change and save lives. Our most recent Mission is scheduled for early 2025. The funds we raise will be used to obtain life saving resources which will then be hand delivered inside the active conflict zone by the members of our team.

Training Services

  • The goal of creating a safe environment that reduces liability and maximizes survivability is through education and awareness. With the knowledge of the tactics used to do harm to others, we seek to counter the shooter’s efforts by creating less opportunity. This requires a critical eye on our defenses in effort to expose the weaknesses that are being exploited to do maximum harm. By making small changes this will minimize a shooter’s effect and could possibly discourage them altogether from carrying out their objective.

    A verbally hostile subject can create unique challenges for yourself and your employees. Proper training on how to engage hostility from a place of love and respect that values the dignity of those we serve will create an environment of confidence and empathy.

  • Building up others within a workforce presents unique challenges and opportunities. In our training program we will offer a viable structure to mentorship that will increase the fruit of your investment in others and create an environment that recognizes the quality of relationships as a leap towards a healthy and productive work place.

  • Hostile physical encounters are dynamic situations that are occurring with more frequency each day. With our training program we will provide a reasonable and necessary system of reaction. The training highlights individual control techniques as well as team based scenarios for control. Our intention is to create confidence and a skillset that effectively neutralizes a hostile subject with highly effective techniques derived from the principles within combat systems such as; Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Catch Wrestling, Combat Submission Wrestling, and Muay Thai.

  • If you’re concerned about the security defenses at your workplace, home, or place of worship- we provide in person consultations and assessments. We identify weaknesses that make your structure vulnerable to attack. We prepare a detailed report identifying the vulnerabilities and provide suggestions to improve. We also give recommendations for local, trusted vendors that specialize in safety/security system installation.
